The UCard will act as your official identification while at the University or Utah.

We reserve the right to refuse any photo that does not meet these guidelines.



Terms and Conditions:

By submitting a photo through the University of Utah Photo Upload System you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the photo submission. If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the UCard office. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your UCard. The UCard is proof of identity for on-campus purposes and provides access to facilities and events. By submitting a photo for your UCard, you agree that the photo will be used for university purposes. University of Utah does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
